Your Fern Hill DJ planning guide
What is included?
Your DJ/MC service is included through your Fern Hill Barn/Wedgewood wedding package. Optional enhancements are purchased separately, directly from Bedrock DJ Entertainment. You can enjoy your included DJ/MC service without purchasing extras.
Start with one quick login.
Look for your welcome email from info@bedrockdjs.com with access to your DJ planning portal. Check your wedding date, location and event details. You can add music ideas and finish the planning forms as your plans come together.
Who handles what?
Fern Hill provides the master wedding timeline. Use Bedrock's planning forms for your music choices, introductions, special dances, speakers and other DJ details. Your DJ will review these with you and coordinate with Fern Hill's schedule.
When will we meet our DJ?
About three months before your wedding, we'll email your DJ's information. We'll reach out about six weeks before the wedding to arrange your final planning meeting. You can book the meeting before your forms are finished; review and complete what you can before the appointment, and bring any questions or undecided details.

Your DJ
Your DJ will be assigned 3 months before your wedding. If you would like to choose your DJ before one is assigned to you, you can for an addition fee.
